Then, discard 1 card -Add 1 Monster from your graveyard to your hand. -Send 1 card from your deck to your graveyard. -Add 1 "Four Hand Fighter" From your deck to your hand. branden3710
I think that that is a great card, yet it seems a bit overpowered, if you get more then one on the field it can get sort of unfair. For example, if you destroy one, it could just be brought back in the next turn by another one. It should have a poor attack, which evens out it's great ability, or maybe only being able to use it once per turn.

I don't understand what you're saying. Are you saying that if you have 2 on the field, and one is destroyed, I can kill another monster to get it back Yes. That is what this card would be used for, getting another copy of this card from your graveyard back, or getting another card. It isn't very OP if you just keep recycling it on itself, it has to destroy a monster AND none of the effects Special summon. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
@Title: Reborn Tengu. At least when it was still Unlimited. The first effect isn't very useful outside of Dark Worlds, Fableds, and, if this was a WATER monster, Atlantean/Mermails. Otherwise, an effect to let you draw 1 card when the monster kills another in battle without the discard would be alright even if it would do this constantly. Plus, Dark Worlds would probably return this to the hand (if they even run this for whatever reason) to bring out Grapha and let it swing rather than this. Fableds already have Valkyrus, which does the same thing, but during the Main Phase and it's stronger. In addition to that, Fableds prefer to use their discard effects during the Main Phase since Cerburrel, Krus, Ganashia, and the like are able to be used to Summon bigger things then. The second effect is potentially useful to recycle monsters like Tour Guide, Chaos Sorcerer, bosses that fell victim to Soul Taker, and could even fetch a JD that you milled on accident. It is a pretty decent effect, and it definitely should not be something that you could use during your first Main Phase. Being able to retrieve itself is not a problem. The third effect is currently a weaker version of one of the effects of Lavalval Chain, who isn't an uncommon card to run across in the game, and can activate on the first Main Phase. Being able to activate during the Main Phase makes a lot of combos much faster. The thing that this has over Chain is that this can mill Wulf for a 2100 beater and a Rank 4 monster (Chain can get the 2100 beater, but you would need another card for the Rank 4). The potency of the final effect depends on the power of this card, obviously. Right now, the card is pretty meh because of the slowness of its effects. Another disappointment is that the ATK of this card is 1800, which is not enough to run over frequently-appearing monsters with ATK scores in that range like Lavalval Chain, Daigusto Phoenix, or Thunder King Rai-Oh (granted this card can kamikaze into the first two, but can't do anything about the latter). Another hindrance that this card suffers is how the meta Decks can turn their weaker cards into bosses before you have a chance to take them out. You could potentially use a card that messes with the ATK scores like Forbidden Lance, but that isn't a very reliable combo since you would need both this and that. Finally, with the large amount of card removal effects in the game such as Soul Taker, Dark Hole, and Torrential Tribute, you are usually highly capable of getting rid of most of your opponent's monsters before the Battle Phase. I did say that a few of the effects are slow, but speeding them up would make for a few breaks in the game (especially with the 2nd and 3rd effects). Also, the "kill in battle" requirement sucking is not due to this card, but due to the nature of the game. If this was an earlier format, the card would be much better.
You make all of these arguments of how it is not THE best at what it does, which is good. I want it to be versatile, not OP. To me, it is a card that can fit in a lot of decks. Not because its the BEST at everything, but because it can at least do everything a deck needs. First eff is there for when you have a bad hand really. Also yeah, reborn tengu was redonkulus. Thanks for the suggestions. Also, the ATK of this card stays as having it too high would cause it to be OP. Its very well worked with forbidden lance. It also works on set monsters.
