Is dis picture... allowed on YCM?

It seems as if this card were tailored for the Genex Undine engine, but this card is outclassed by Dragoons in most scenarios like that. You [i]could[/i] always use it as a wall, but the other Level 3 Mermail is better for that as it brings stuff out from the Deck.
It's cool, but it doesn't really bring anything new to the table. :/

The first part is indeed tailored to Genex Undine but not the 2nd.

The base Idea for the first is that at least you wont be stuck with Controller where else you would be stuck with it if you use dragoons. Not to mention the fact that it can be activated at any point during the turn it's sent.

The 2nd part is an unlimited effect. So long as you can make a way to s.summon it you can keep poping it back to your hand to ss a full field.

I think I'd rather play dragoons. Dragons can search a lot more and it works with spike and megalo, whereas this card is either undine or nothing. The SS thing actually makes it viable in pure mermails, sort of like an abyss dine.

I do like it, but it'd probably shine only in pure mermails because it has the last effect. Overall, it's not too bad, but nothing special.

Hmm, what if say instead of searching 1 card it searched 2 BUT you couldn't Special Summon it the same turn you used it? It would still have the same restrictions though, except maybe sending any monster instead of a non-WATER.

Merlanteans can OTK with Diva and Linde in hand. Double-searching is extremely dangerous in such a deck.
