Well, the idea is that you can add your Lightpulsar or Darkflare to your hand, so you can do much better c:

This is way to overpowered. It's a free 3500 beater with an effect. You don't even need to have anything in your Graveyard beforehand. Right off the bat, you get a LEVEL 10 MONSTER! The effect itself would possibly be fine if it were only from the Graveyard. If it were only from the Graveyard, then this card would be balanced

Yeah I know, its to Overpowered
but I really like it c: and more 'cause it can really work out in the Chaos Dragons Deck

Chaos Dragons are still almost tier 1, they are about tier 2 right now... this would push them back to tier -1.

I don't like this card in the least. Chaos dragons are top notch stuff that should NOT be messed with, translation: they don't need any more support. This card has absolutely no synergy with them whatsoever because they like their stuff in 3 places: hand, field, and graveyard, most certainly not banished, so the flavor is, for lack of a better word, crap.

But those are just aesthetics. As far as balance goes, it's a free 35 beater for no summoning cost whatsoever that can +1 into ANOTHER monster that in turn garners you a +1. Ladies and gentleman, I present to you, the stupidest topdeck ever since reborn. Seriously.

If I were you, I'd make it banish the cards from the grave, lower the ATK to 3k and nix the +1 from the grave effect. After that its not god awful.
