You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Banishing 1 FIRE Monster you control: If you do, inflict 200 Points of damage to your opponent for each monster they control. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monsters level x100.

well im no expert, but i think it could be something like this:

You can Special Summon this card by Banishing 1 FIRE Monster you control: If you do inflict 200 Points of damage to your opponent for each monster they control. When this card destroys a Monster by battle: your opponent takes damage equal to the destroyed monsters level X100.

The name could use some work :D personally i would use something like "Fire Blade, the Flaming Knight" or something like that.
The effect, to me, could use a boost. like maybe 400 point per monster. it would be a maximum of 2000 points. and 200 points per monster level, a maximum of 2400 (if the destroyed monster was lv 12)

im not really good with burn effects since im not a big fan of them though, so i could be wrong :D

I hope this is correct:

For the card, I'd give it a proper name like Inferno Fighter or Warrior of the Eternal Inferno or something like that. There should really be a random name generator for this kind of thing >_<. However I am happy to see that it can't be brought back by Rekindling.

[background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]You can Special Summon this card by Banishing 1 FIRE monster you control; inflict 200 Life Points to your opponent for each monster they control. [background=rgb(251, 253, 254)]I should also comment on its overpoweredness. Banishing 1 monster to special summon a whopping 2400 and dealing a massive burn doesn't seem balanced enough. Try something like discarding a card to deal the damage from destroying a monster.[/background]

So then how would that effect be written into this effect? >.> My OCG is trash, sorry.

"When this card destroys an opponent's monster: Discard a card (from your hand); deal damage to your opponent equal to the number of level stars on that monster x 100."

Something like that.

Actually, Dalek Thar is wrong, it's fine like it is. Going -1 for a 24 beater seems quite fair to me, considering how we can also summon a 25 beater for the mere price of 2 cards in the graveyard. The effects are mildly useful and need no drawbacks whatsoever. In fact, it could maybe even use a buff or two because most, if not all, FIRE decks wouldn't even bother using this.
