If there are no monsters in your Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card destroys an opponent's monster in battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can discard 1 Monster card and halve this card's ATK until the End Phase; This card can attack your opponent once again, directly.
Splendid Rose knock off mixed with a little bit of Guardian Eatos. Who cares, it's still easy Bounzer fodder. The reason it's a Plant is to avoid abuse from Warrior-type Archetypes, whatever they may be.

I don't really see your theme combo here. First, it focoses on having no monsters in the Grave, typicly not so useful in my opinion, only few decks would support such an effect. Second attacking and destroying, then attacking directly for half damage, though if you're trying to get some Macro fun times, cards won't be going in the Graveyard, so that effect might not be used often. Then, you want to discard, though if you do, you will put it in the Grave, unless said otherwise. I don't like card effects that SS from the hand if you have nothing in the Grave, cause you can just keep on summoning that monster and get a quick Xyz. Though then again Guardian Eatos still gets you a quick Rank 8 monster easily, plus it has a crazy banish effect, so I guess you can call your card pretty balanced. Not a card I would use, though 1100 atk is pretty nice, though you might want to say "original atk" otherwise equipping this with a few card would make it OP.

The card could be somehow nice in the first turn. (but only if you weren't first to go anyway) It could be a nice combo if you discard sth. like Dandylion for the 2nd eff so you get 2 Tokens and a direct attack, so the plant-type may not be the worst. But due to the fact that cards like the above mentioned Dandylion or other good cards like Spore are only good if they get to the Graveyard, i would change the summoning conditions into sth. else, otherwise you would need to run a Macro-Deck, but i dont think thats that good for Plant-Type monsters. The effect itself is nice imo for it is not too OP or too weak.
