Pandemonium General - EARTH *********** (11) Fiend/Synchro/Effect 1 Tuner + 1 or more level 4 or lower Non-Tuner Monsters This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. This card loses 500 ATK and DEF for each non-tuner monster used as Synchro Material to Summon this card. This gains the Following effects based on the number of non-tuner monsters used as Synchro Material to Summon this card: 1: This card cannot be destroyed or banished. 2 or fewer: This card is not affected by the opponent's Effect monsters. 3 or fewer: This card can attack 2 monsters your opponent controls each battle phase.
