You are never in 5 million years going to need 3 Fissure and 2 Macro. At maximum you will want a total of 3 of these cards, with Macro being the main choice since it stops more decks.

Side deck depends upon your locals. I ran Mind Crush and Forbidden Spell, which stop a good number of rogue decks that people tend to use, and really the rest can just be standard stuff.

It's much worse having 2 Macro/Fissure than none at all. Just side the 3 Macro.

I don't have a third Macro.  Otherwise I would.  D-Fissure is my only other option.  I'll probably trade for a third Macro while there, but for now, that's what I've got.

My locals consists of 2-3 Atlantean decks, 1-2 Blackwings, 1-2 Wind-Up, a couple of bad Dragon decks and one good Chaos Dragon, a Dark World, HERO, and a couple of other decks I forget.  The Atlantean decks are the real big thing I want to counter.

Err, fi you're only siding I'd actually play triple Fissure and no Macro because the only real reason Macro is better is because of Wind-Ups which you wouldn't side it in against anyway, and Inzektors which aren't at your locals so I'd probably play Fissure because it's faster and can't be Warninged/Decreed.

Macro can be chained to force minuses.  Also Guiba over Doomcals/Veilers if you can find some.
