You've got a lot of stuff just jumbled in there honestly.
Marsmallon, Cyber Valley, Mystic Tomato, Card Trooper and DAD don't really need to be there.
Lightning Vortex, Monster Gate, Reasoning and Gold Sarc can go.
Traps could us a little editing.
Honestly I was expecting, well the chaos guys. Like BLS.
Try a Monster Lineup of more:
3x Junk
2x Doppel
3x Tuningware
1x BLS
2x Quillbolt
2x Quickdraw
2x Synchron Explorer
2x Level Eater

Then add some stuff to that. Doppel and Quickdraw won't take up your Normal Summons and Synchron Explorer does what Dark Bug does but better. Level Eater for combos, and with 5 Synchrons you can run Tuning. Then you can add Unknown Synchron if you want the 1 turn Quasar play but that's your deal.
Spells and Traps should be mostly consistency Spells and staples with maybe double Mirror Force and Solemn Judgment making up your traps (Torrential is nice but Synchrons tend to be unable to recover from a nuke after an explosion.)

the jumbled part- i went all random cause there were certain cards i never see anymore but still could be used such as dad, valley, tomato, arm. knight, m. gate, and reasoning, so i figured id try to have fun with the idea and hopefully come across a way of blending it later. and my idea behind mind control and swap is utilizing it with gate (either free monster from them, or mill x-amount for one of mine while getting rid of their beater or whatever in the process) reasoning is for any other time i get gate.
like i said, i wanted to go more dark based, but ill test your idea.
also, urgent tuning looked interesting for the quasar deal, but redundant at the same time.. opinion?

If you're responding to me saying "Tuning", that's not Urgent Tuning. It's Tuning. Just Tuning.

no i just figured i'd glance at the other result [size=4]cards when i searched for tuning, which is why i asked your opinion. i had already gotten your opinion on tuning[/size]

but yeah, apparently tuningwares are his thing lol

If he likes Tuningwares then be funny and use Darksea Rescue instead~ (not really it throws off your chaos engine)
But yea now you're getting into a more consistent theme at least. I'd have to test Dog's Day (or whatever that's called) to know how good it works since you're build has more lvl 1s. If it starts not working for you I say drop them for 2 Doppelwarriors.

Not really. He already has a good amound of Darks, and there's no room for Rank 3 fun so it'd just end up into TGU > TGU > 2 1000 beaters, or mess with the Extra's flexibility.
Sangan could be good but I've never seen a reason to put TGU in Synchrons.
