PrimeAceJohn
My second attempt with LV. monsters. I barely got reviews on my first 1, so if you didn't see it, please check it out: ( http://forum.yugiohc...rs-johnhabib25/ ) So please tell me what you think of these guys.
It's like the title. The first LV sucks, and would not be playable, but in this deck, must be playable. Then it gets to the Mehhh, which is not too good and not too bad. Then it gets to the not bad. Finally, it comes to the Supreme-Insane-Hell Yeah card - slowly moving up the evolution stats.
Now I know this wouldn't seem like a playable set of cards since their hard to bring out the higher LVs and not so good - I just wanted to all lead up to the major king...You'll see what I'm talking about...
If this card inflicts damage to your opponent's Life Points, during the End Phase, you can send this face-up card to the graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Ember Dragoon LV.5" from your deck or hand in face-up attack position..

This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Ember Dragoon LV. 3" and cannot be be Special Summoned any other way. During your Battle Phase while you are attack a defense position monster, inflict piercing damage to your opponent's Life Points. During the End Phase this card's effect was activated, you can send this face-up card to the graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Ember Dragoon LV. 7" in face-up attack position.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Ember Dragoon LV. 5" and cannot be be Special Summoned any other way. During your Battle Phase after you destroyed a face-up non-Fire monster your opponent controls, inflict direct damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster. During the End Phase this card's effect was activated, you can send this face-up card to the graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Ember Dragoon LV. 10" in face-up attack position.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Ember Dragoon LV. 7" and cannot be be Special Summoned any other way. Once per turn, you can activate 1 of the following effects: *Inflict 1000 direct damage to your opponent's Life Points. This card cannot attack the turn you use this effect. *Discard 1 card: Destroy 1 card on the field. This card cannot attack your opponent directly this turn.
Hate, like, fix, comment. All that.

Sora1499
I'll go through each level one by one: Level 3: It's trash. An 1100 attacker isn't going to kill anything without wasting a lance, which could be being used to climb rai-oh or turn Guiaba into laggia. If I were you, if change it to "During the end phase, you can tribute this card; special summon 1 <level 5 guy> from your hand or deck." That'd make it playable. Level 5: I'd drop the nomi clause for this one for consistency (the 'cannot be normal summoned/set' clause). As a card, it's not bad. A 23 piercer is cool. Level 7: It doesn't seem like much of a reward for committing to your play with the level 5 guy. It's a 28 vanilla that dishes out 500. Big whoop. I'd make it a piercer like the other one and boost the burn to half the destroyed monster's ATK. Level 10: A 35 beater that can dish out +0 destruction or 1k burn. It's decent, but it doesn't feel climactic enough. I'd make the pop effect kill 2 cards instead of just 1 and have that dish out 1k burn and make this able to attack directly even if the effect is used. PrimeAceJohn
Edited. I took some of your advice. Lvl3 I knew I had to change cuz hes easy to take out and all the other lvls would be useless in the deck Lvl5 I changed so that its can be normal summoned Lvl7 I changed so it has a better effect - because Lvl5 DID have a better effect Lvl10 I kept the same. When it deals 1000 - thats alot if you think about. This guys gonna be hard to be destroyed because of its powerful ATK. Except for a solemn which would be so excruciating. But besides that, if you realize this, this card can really last. In under 8 turns, you win. Allowing this card to attack can give you the duel in under 2-4 turns.
