Can only be Special Summoned by Xyz Summon and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot be targeted by the effect of your opponent's cards. At the beginning of your Main Phase 1: Your opponent can discard 1 Spell Card and send 1 Spell Card from their Deck to the Graveyard to detach an Xyz Material from this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can declare 1 card name; while this card is face-up on the field, neither player can use cards with the same name as a card declared by this card's effect. This effect can only be used up to three times while this card is face-up on the field. When this card has no Xyz Materials: Destroy it.

It's Prohibition on a 2k Rank 4 body. That ain't too bad, but it isn't godly either when that effect will rarely net you a win like stuff like maestroke. What I'd honestly do is give it more muscle (2200, perhaps) so that friggen cydra can't kill it. Overall, it's a decent card, but not quite staple-worthy simply because it isn't super-duper proactive. It'd probably be teched in if you have excess space.

If your opponent has a CyDra and this out, chances are they'll make Chimeratech before pounding it over because that's what quite a few people tend to use CyDra for anyways. Want to keep it at 2000 so it isn't a big number, yet a big enough number that is threatening when you declare the correct cards.

Could possibily be played in Wind-Ups/Geargia maybe? Not quite sure, but I'd enjoy this in my Space Ships.

This thing can still be affected by Dark Hole/Torrential Tribute, right? Just want to be sure. It seemslike a fun card to play. I'd probably assume opponent'd wait out the three uses of its effect to be honest.

Dunno if I can link you to it without getting into some legal issues. Also, it can still be affected by Dark Hole and Torrential. But honestly, you have 3 Prohibitions so why you're not calling one of them with them I have no idea.
