I'm on the fence between putting this at 1 or 2. On one hand, the only deck with a chance at meta it supports is plants. On the other, it's broken as f***. It's still a -1. The only thing you can say is badly designed about it is that it summons from the deck and other badly designed cards exist. Neither of which are strong arguments against it. [/quote]Are they not more of a problem than this? There's a reason they were banned and this was not. Even with them, there isn't much if anything to say this thing is broken. It's a cool card that gets stuff done. If it came to 2, honestly, do you really think the whole game will suck? I doubt it. It'll be a lot better for it, imo.
