That's a pretty powerful card. I mean the switch doesn't even matter since he can't really use your card for anything. It's unlikely he will have anything that can take care of cards on his own field. I guess you put that in because it makes it so you can't really attack him, but just say that you can't instead, there's no real reason to. The half life points is nice, not sure if it's OP or not, since you need 2 monsters on your opponent side for this to work, so it can become a problem at times. Very situational I believe.

The switch effect is mainly for fun. It's a form of P2P interaction. Besides, it allows you to do hilarious stuff like summon this in defense and then attack over it after you nuke their field. The switch also slows down the halving of the LP, because I don't want this to be major herpderp OTK food.

Well just came back from the dead. There's so many possibilities for this. And can be easily countered or useless if against a Remove from play deck.

 

Sure you can use the effect to send all their monsters to the graveyard if you're in a pinch, he/she can by then make use of this card if they were lucky if they had some kind CC cards set or active. ((Don't know what I'm saying x_x))

 

But I find it pretty much, not really a selectable card to choose to Xyz Summon by using TWO level 7 monsters which are hard enough to summon in general, unless your opponent has 4 amazingly 3000+ monsters with CC effects ((luckily one that doesn't destroy or control summoned monsters or negate effects)) Then yeah, this will come in handy.

Well, you wanted me to comment, so here's a comment.

 

It's a walking Raigeki on a 2900/2000 body. While I can't say that this is exactly the best design, I think what balances it out is the Level 7 Application. For all of the effort required to bring it out, and then halving your opponent's Life Points, while not being the pinnacle of absolutely broken design, manages to slide along efficiently without any problem. It's slow, but powerful.
