Aix
Original name was "Devious Warlock of the Bubbling Shuffling Overflowing Cauldron", but that didn't really fit on the space, it was so thin it was hard to make out and looked weird. Generic card, but it's also Necromill support (I wasn't actually thinking of that when I made this card). Necromill for Tier 3? Anyway, rhyme, rate, hate, aliterate, comment, compliment, critique. [ DARK / Level 4 / Spellcaster / Effect ] You can banish 1 card from your hand to Special Summon this card (from your hand). Once per turn: You can shuffle any number of cards in your hand into your Deck and draw the same number of cards you shuffled into the Deck. When this card is destroyed: You can add 1 of your banished monsters to your hand, except "Warlock of the Shuffling Cauldron". Sora1499
It's... pretty well-balanced. Not bad, but hardly worth running in anything but assault modes or some wacky inconsistent deck. It has the built-in ability of throwing itself on the field, but that requires you to go minus unless you leave it there to die, in which case you'll ultimately be going +0. However, having 4s on board without using normal summon can allow for Xyz and Synchro shenanigans... but then in that case you'll require yourself to go minus to do so, hence why it's absolutely balanced. Overall, it looks like a fun card, but probably not mainable because magical mallet is only *ok*.
Aix
Hm... yeah. Making this card, I was just thinking of making inconsistent decks more consistent and give them more Xyz/Synchro power at the same time. I supposed other Decks could use this to get over bad draws, too.
