Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to select 1 Equip Spell Card from your Graveyard; equip it to this card. You can send 3 Equip Spell Cards with different names equipped to this card to the Graveyard to target up to 3 cards your opponent controls; destroy those targets.

Zanda?  Posting a thread in RC?  I must be dreaming.

Anyways, onto the card itself:

It's support for <pfft> equip spells <pffthahaha!>, one of the most underused mechanics in this day and age.  It promotes the use of diversity within equip spells, but the fault there is that there aren't very many good ones.  So, in practice, this won't see much use except in maybe Noble Knights.

But as for the overall feel of the card, it feels like "WIN NAO!!!!", as in, you're going to be desperately throwing hand on field for this to go off and field-wreck, which promotes overextending and sacking your opponent's shit.  Yay!

So, it doesn't need any changes due to lack of a good context, but I can't say I like the design.

Throwing out 3 equipped Magics to destroy only a MININUM of 1?  As in why would you waste the cost unless you have 3 targets and then you have to keep or be able to get those Equips ready to go at a moment's notice in make use of the effect; not to mention you still need to keep two somewhere safe so your opponent doesn't blow them up beforehand and in all likelihood will chain a destruction card to you trying to equip even two Equip Magic to it (a CLEAR sign of what you are doing) to prevent you from using the effect anyway?

Let's be clear, you HAVE to send 3 Equip Magic (which themselves are specific kinds of cards already) that are completely different from each other (no copies... in a deck that means you have at least 3 Equips that all have some use in your Deck) equipped to THAT specific card even if you were only destroying ONE card.

That investment vs compensation ratio seems quite off there.  It's not a bank one would wisely invest their money with.

Sorry, I can't condone that cost, especially being that high and ESPECIALLY having to all be equipped to this card for that effect.  It seemed ok when you were writing it because you wanted that effect, I'm sure, but not after you really think about the application of it.  It would never happen and if you tell me it does, you better be prepared to defend that position realistically.  I'd definitely want the details.

There's quite a few things that would be better off:

-- (An option I don't personally like): Lower it to 1 or 2 Equip Magics you are sending for up to 2 targets.

-- Make it that you can send from your hand as well as the ones equipped, then you have more places to make that "3" up from.

-- Make it that they don't have to be equipped to that monster, just you control it (in fact, best to just combine this with the previous thing).

-- Make it a simple 1 for 1 cost, send 1 Equip Magic Equipped to it = destroy one card.  I wouldn't even bother with a once per turn on that.  Your opponent can always destroy the equip before you can send it (including during activation of the Equip itself).

-- (Another option I don't like but...).  You can keep the 3 Equipped part as condition ("If this card is equipped with at least 3 Equip Magic cards (colon)", then let the user choose the number of cards he will send ("Send any number of Equip Magic Cards with different names equipped to this card to the Graveyard to target up to the same number of opponent's cards on the field (semi-colon)" for the destruction effect ("Destroy them")  Please remember that "them" and "those targets" are different, and I would not put "those targets" on anything I particular care for my opponent to screw me out of when they are already capable of doing so at so many other points during my attempt at using said effect and they would do that just be getting rid of one of the targets (the number of targets was altered, thus the effect is voided).

You're free to do as you please of course, but this card gets no high marks from me and if you were to test it, you would likely find yourself wanting to change it... of that, I'm sure.

I find that this card is only useful with Noble Knights,

And with them it already exists.

"Level 4 "Noble Knightmonsters

When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can target up to 3 "Noble Arms"Equip Spell Cards with different names in your Graveyardequip those targets to this card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; destroy any number of Spell/Trap Cards on the field, up to the number of "Noble Arms" Equip Spell Cards you control."
