Not-so-Radiant Arin
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. When a monster you control is destroyed by a card effect: You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). Then: You can discard up to 2 cards from your hand; Destroy an equal number of Spell or Trap Cards on your opponent's side of the field. This effect of "Master Commander Donovyn" can only be activated once per turn.
In my quest to make something better than Wisel/Interplanetarypurplythorny, I've decided that basic Spell/Trap destruction could be a possible tech. Where Wisel can negate the activation of a Spell once per turn, wouldn't it just be better to get rid of the Spell/Trap completely? Interplanetary simply becomes a 2200 beater, which this outshines. Donovyn is also a Trade-In/Fortress target, meaning that if you can't use it right away, you can just ditch it. It's also Machine for Solidarity and FIRE for......I don't know what. Discuss. Sora1499
It's definitely a fairly tame card. It has 2500 ATK, so it can run over a decent amount of stuff, but not big things like Hyperion, Grapha, etc., and the pop effect is a +0. It's fine balance-wise, but not really all that useful when you think about it. This guy doesn't really give you much advantage just with his field presence like, say, BLS, Scrap Dragon, Stardust, DAD, etc., so he gives you a kinda mediocre boost when you think about it. So eh, idk if I'd use him. I also don't think this card needs the last clause you have in there, so you can take it out if you wish.
Mehmani
It's a little plain, and so maybe not the most tech-worthy card. Yes, while it is useful, what with all the little quirks you have endowed upon it (Trade-In, etc.), it doesn't grab attention if. I would personally bump its power a little, perhaps by allowing it to kill two S/Ts for the cost of one discard. Oh, and make its ATK a little, so it can run a few things over.
