Premier Alexander Romanov
Wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. They seem a bit too powerful, though...
Judαs
The way Dreaded levels up is broken. Just activate its effect... that's it? So basically you get your turn effect veiler + semi-beater next turn which can be simply leveled up in another turn? No existing LV monster is that easy to evolve. Level Connection is even more broken. So I randomly dump Horus Lv6 in Graveyard, and next turn I can pull out Lv8 and laugh at my opponent? O_O The most broken has to be Super Level Up. There's a reason why Level Up is a Normal Spell Card. If I had this card IRL, I wouldn't even bother putting the middle 2 forms of any LV monster, if there were like 4. What breaks this card and Level Connection even more is the effect that treats them as leveling up legitly. The rest are balanced, I guess. I'm not trying to be rude. I play Horus a lot, and in 50% duels I'm able to bring Lv8 out without much trouble. I would really suggest at least removing the line "Treat it as if..." and adding costs, like if Super Level Up is inspired by Super poly, you might add the discard cost too. ** Btw the wording "similar name" is incorrect. I can't think of a fix atm, but it would certainly cause disputes, and there's no card using such an effect yet [Correct me if I'm wrong here.]

No existing LV monster is that easy to evolve. That's what I was hoping to achieve, LV monsters struggle to evolve due to needing to fufil an annoying condition. Btw all the Dread monsters effects can only be activated during your turn. So its not like its very harmful Level Connection is even more broken. So I randomly dump Horus Lv6 in Graveyard, and next turn I can pull out Lv8 and laugh at my opponent? O_OYeah I was thinking that, I'm probably going to put some sort of condition on it now The most broken has to be Super Level Up. There's a reason why Level Up is a Normal Spell Card. If I had this card IRL, I wouldn't even bother putting the middle 2 forms of any LV monster, if there were like 4. What breaks this card and Level Connection even more is the effect that treats them as leveling up legitly.I was actually contemplating about the discard but I think I'll add it now. The whole point of Super Level Up is to bypass dodgy middle LV monsters that often dead draw the deck. This allows LV monster's to have a competitive side by adding more useful cards. It was based off Rare Candy in Pokemon TCG. LV mobsters struggle cause of the Nomi factor and most, if not all Nomi monsters are even half-decent The rest are balanced, I guess. I'm not trying to be rude. I play Horus a lot, and in 50% duels I'm able to bring Lv8 out without much trouble. Konami adds new terms all the time (see "possession") so I thought it would be nice. I could say, "same archetype" but "archetype" isn't an official word either thanks for the feedback :)
