Dunno, just felt like posting these here. What do you think?

Black Hole

[ Normal Spell ]

Destroy all monsters on the field. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this card. Only 1 "Black Hole" can be activated per turn.

 

Notes: Should I make an additional clause of "Activate if you control at least 1 monster."?

Monster Resurrection

[ Normal Spell ]

Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard. Its effects that activate on the field or in the Graveyard cannot be activated until your next Draw Phase. Only 1 "Monster Resurrection" can be activated per turn.

 

Notes: Should I remove the "effects in the Graveyard" clause?

Magician of Hope

[ LIGHT / Level 4 / Spellcaster / Effect ]

FLIP: Target 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard and search your hand, Deck or Graveyard for a card with the same name; Add the target to your hand and destroy this card. You can only activate the effect of "Magician of Hope" once every four turns.

ATK/ 1600 DEF/ 400

 

Notes: Should I have kept it Level 1 and/or the original stats? Is the last clause necessary?

Magical Researcher

[ DARK / Level 2 / Spellcaster / Effect ]

Once per turn: You can pay 1000 Life Points; Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower monster from your Extra Deck. It cannot attack and return it to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. This card cannot be used as Material or be Tributed the turn you activated this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect.

ATK/ 0 DEF/ 0

 

Notes: Should I have kept it as a One for One target? I looked on DN and there were no troublesome Level 6 or lower Fusion Monsters with OPed effects that can be Summoned with this.

Black hole, while it prevents some things from happening, is still very similar to Dark Hole. The Noted possible clause would help a bit.

Resurrection is fine. Might be Semi'd if it came out, though, you can still use it as material for stuff, so...not sure how it would work out.

Hope...I think should be able to recover things that are at 2+ in the grave too. That is, being able to recover things that you have 2 of, and have used both...but it's fine. The Once evry 4 turns I understand, but it just seems...odd.

On Resarcher...Make it level 2 (We don't want a easily searchable instant fusion) an plain out make it so you cant battle that turn. I'm worried about how it interacts with creature swap, really...Also, make it you cant only activate a magical researcher's effects Once per turn.

The thing about Dark Hole was that it allowed you to OTK instead of just punishing your opponent for overextending. I will change Hope. Researcher, yeah, I was going to make it once per turn, just forgot to... woops.
