The extra Summon clause. 2 monsters of the same Level and Attribute? Like 2 Level Eaters? Or Kinka-byo and D.D. Crow? Ignoring the Foolish Burial effect, it's a 2100 beater from nowhere that can be made with a huge range of different and very cheap things. It's also a very easy Rank 8 for Xyz Burst and triggers the effects of every Atlantean you send to the Graveyard with it.

You are just pointing out what it does. So it is too OPed? What if I made it have lower ATK, like 1700, and then make it rank 2 so Xyz Burst does not apply?
