Diamond Of Greed (First Spell Card)

First spell card and meant to be a better version of pot of greed.

Better version POG? Pot of Greed is one of the most broken cards ever created. This is horrible, horribly way above that. This will NEVER be an actually card unless Konami hires someone from an asylum. I'm being harsh, I know, but this card is beyond broken. This card horrendously designed. A card that adds just 1 of any card from your Deck to your hand will be immediately banned. A better version of Pot of Greed would be a balance one, not one with a more powerful effect. Just be glad you didn't post this is realistic cards. They would've torn you apart. Once again, I'm being overly harsh so sorry again but this card is just so badly designed.

So basically, you take one of the most broken cards ever and make it even more powerful? *clap *clap *clap* Bravo. Do you want a medal now, smart guy? This is not horrendous design nor horrendous execution. This is just a joke, which is probably what you are aiming for. The ability to get any 2 cards from your deck is so broken that you'll get shot if you even mention it in your local YGO tournament. What still bothers me is that you deliberately made this a "better" version of Pot Of Greed, which is implying that you think it's still not strong enough. Just the concept of free draw is shunned nowadays, what do you think add any 2 cards will make, eh? This card will never, ever be printed, unless I'm in charge of Konami, which is just as plausible as having a dog suddenly sprout wings. Want to know why? Figure it out yourself. Here, let me give you an example of how broken this thing is. 

 

Hand: This, random junk, random junk, random junk, random junk.

Use this, get Exodia and another one of this, use that one to get another Exodia and another copy then use the last one to get 2 Exodia pieces. 

 

There. 4 Exodia pieces using one card. One f**king card. And that's just one example of it.

Jeez, you guys who are ripping on a card made for fun, it's pathetic, I would understand if this guy was trying to play it off as a real card, but honestly, I thought you could make any card and add it in the AoC section, and not get raged to hell and back. I think it is overpowered, but a neat design, image is clear, text is well written, and it is the correct type for an effect like that.

But this section is to bring new ideas to the table of making Yu-Gi-Oh better, not to make overpowered cards that would pretty much win you the duel with extreme ease. In what way would this be fun? You could just pull off some type of ultimate combo on your first turn. Look at all of the creative stuff you could've done instead of a straightforward "Grab two cards that you need right now from the deck and add them to your hand to give you the unfair advantage at absolutely no cost at all." Don't you think anyone would just grab a double summon and a monster card they need to Xyz summon first turn? Yes.
