Stan Alda
I take a sadistic glee in making cards that fill your opponent's field, hand, or whatever with useless (or dangerous) crap (Crown-of-Thorns Starfish, Vileware Love-Letter Worm, the Nano archetype). This redundant pachyderm instantaneously drops into your opponent's hand when you draw it. They can't discard it, so they can't get rid of it when they reach their hand limit. It can't be Special Summoned, so your opponent needs to waste 2 monsters just to get the damn thing out of their hand. And when they do, it has no beneficial effects (aside from moderate ATK and DEF) and it can't be used as Material for anything. If well-played, it can put a giant tusk in their works. Just make sure they can't give it back to you... White Elephant EARTH Level 7 Beast/Effect Cannot be Special Summoned. Cannot be used Tributed or used as Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material. Cannot be discarded, or used to pay the costs of card effects. When you draw this card: add it to your opponent's hand. 2400/2000 White Elephant Stampede SPELL/Quick-Play When you draw a "White Elephant": Pay 1000 Life Points; Add 1 "White Elephant" from your Deck to your opponent's hand. You can only activate 1 "White Elephant" Stampede" per turn. Law of the White Elephant SPELL Pay 2000 Life Points: during the current Duel, your opponent's hand size limit becomes 4. Aix
I would rather not go -1 to give my opponent an option for Tribute Summoning. It serves no purpose really, most of the time your opponent would have less than 6 cards in their hand anyway. The only possible way this card could be used is against Infernities, but otherwise useless.

I want this to be the ultimate dead weight monster for your opponent.
Judαs
There is nothing such as Ritual Material. The cannot be Tributed clause will work for Rituals too. Even if you do, like Aix said it's really not of much use, except when they are running infernitites or they always have a full hand at the end of the turn (will work against Divine Judgement). Also, the clause says cannot be removed from the hand, but you are removing it from your hand when you draw it, and it can't even be Normal Summoned because that too would 'remove' it from the hand, but in any case "remove from hand" is an unheard of and incorrect term. Better would be IMO: "Cannot be discarded, or used to pay the costs of card effects." or something like that. Tones it down a bit but adheres to existing game mechanics EDIT: The name is very fitting, though. EDIT2: What you are trying to achieve could also be achieved differently. Like Hieroglyph Lithograph, you could make something like this: "Pay [a shitload] of Life Points. Your opponent's hand size limit becomes 5 during the current duel." Stan Alda
Edited White Elephant and added some other support. Maybe it'll actually work.
Stan Alda
Is it any better with the support and re-wording?
