It effortlessly turns the tide of the game into your favor, is easily recyclable by stuff like Kristya, and is in general, poorly designed. Or better yet if you're being lulzy and search into it with Nova Summoner or Shining Angel just so your opponent knows you have it in your hand. Glorious handtrap and the perfect "4th" for Kristya, I can genuinely say that I would be happy if it went to 2. But I understand the logic of it being at 0.
