[Aix's Contest Singles] Phantom Beast Plane Chimerook *Reps for Reviews/Fixes*

So, general opinion has it that this card is hopelessly borked. So how do I fix? Anyway, spent a few minutes editing out a picture for it as well as made some basic nerfs. I be handing out reps.

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can Tribute 1 "Phantom Beastcraft Token"; return 1 card on the field the top of its owner's Deck. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects while you control a Token. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon 1 "Phantom Beast Plane Token" (WIND/Machine-Type/Level 3/ATK 0/DEF 0).[/spoiler]

Pretty nice card, though it's pretty powerful because of it's summon since you can always summon it with any monster despite their level change. I really like it because of it's return effect that can return cards like aerial charge or  tether wolf for later use. It's SS is also nice, since it can produce some for it's own effect, so it works pretty well together.

Pretty cool. I don't think it would make PBP any faster since you need 2 Level 4 monsters for it, but it would make hybrids viable. In Phantom Beast Planes alone Plover might be a better choice, but with Summoner Monk this could make the Deck a little more consisent, if not faster.

as the card stands right now, you can use any Plane on it.
