Oh, and I like to call each and every of my cards poorly designed. Because they are. It gives so many Decks Stygian Sergeants. Because giving each and every deck that runs Level 4 monsters a double-swinger is a good idea. And it basically Normal Summons Synchro Monsters, so that's why I feel safer with this being at such a low level where it can't Normal Summon ED stuff that shouldn't really be Normal Summoned unless you Tribute Summon things. Normal Summoning Catastor, Librarian, or Sergeants is probably stupid somehow, but there are a lot of other incredibly stupid ways to bring out ED monsters. But of course, lesser evils are still evil. But I'm not exactly too sure how evil this would be. Oh, and you can use it for Slacker Magician, even though Kinka-Byo does it practically by himself. The other effect is for the lolz. The most you can really do with that is take a Snowman Eater or Veiler or take out potential Reborn targets. Taking Veiler may be too much though. Dunno. I think it would go well with deck that special summon lots of level 4's like elemetal HERO or crystal beast or any other rank 4 xyz based deck like the syllables. i think its pretty awesome, plus it summons itself so, heck yeah. i can also see him making a Number 83: Galaxy queen. Normal summon any level 1 monster, special summon turbo booster and then special summon this guy... or just special summon 2 of this guy. Also works for Number 56: Goldrat.
