Ren✧
Alright, so as what will probably be my final installment of this Crystal Beast creation spree, I have given Crystal Beasts a Synchro. This card gives them a destruction engine that they are lacking, plus adding something new to the mix by adding what happens if it is destroyed in the S/T Zone...perhaps making your opponent rethink whether or not he really wants to Heavy...or at least giving you some retribution when it happens. I know the pic isn't great...but finding Crystal Beast pictures isn't too easy... [spoiler=The beauty within your heart shall shine through the ugliest of times] "Polychrome Toad"+1 "Crystal Beast" monster Monsters sent to the Graveyard to Special Summon this card are treated as being destroyed. Once per turn: You can reveal 1 "Crystal Beast" monster in your hand; Destroy 1 card on the field. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. If this card is destroyed while it is a Monster Card Zone, you can place it in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. This card cannot be Special Summoned from the Spell & Trap Card Zone. If this card is destroyed while in a Spell & Trap Card Zone by an opponent's effect; Destroy 2 cards on your opponent's side of the field. Darkneptune
its not bad, it certainly add more power to the deck, which is good, however... first, i dont think he should become a crystal (continuous spell) when destroyed, simply because to summon him the first time you need the mass up the required monsters, which is easy given how easy crystal beasts swarm, but then once hes there, crystal promise can bring him back in a snap! so you have a 2400 powerhouse with just a normal spell. its probably best to leave him to go to the grave, since after all he is a crystal beast and he can be summoned via Crystal Abundance, which is still awesome. the final destruction effect i would bump it down to 1. since crystals dont really focus on destroying cards directly (except for crystal raigeki), and since its easy to pull of by your own hand. this aside, i think the jewel you used is pretty cool, even though the image doesnt complement it. and also its ATK and DEF are very nice. I am going to keep the destruction effect as is and it is because of the fact that Crystal Beasts don't have much of a destructive engine that this card has so much destructive potential. Plus, Spell/Trap Card destruction is incredibly damaging to Crystal Beasts, so the fact this card kinda counters it is helpful to the deck, but because the deck is so susceptible to that common play I don't think it makes it OP'ed. The special summoning from the S/T zone is a problem though, so I fixed that.
