Water Dragon is a real YGO card, yo.

 

OT: Yeah. You don't add a Spell Card to your hand for free no matter how many restrictions you add. It's way too powerful and there are way too many cards that can take advantage of it. Dark Hole, Heavy Storm, you name it. The card isn't even so hard to summon, with all the dragon support that exists. Also, the wording is very confusing. I mean, you say you add the Spell in your Main Phase but then you say you skip the draw phase? Wha..? Do you skip add the spell then skip the draw phase of your next turn? Or do you skip your draw phase, then add the spell during your main phase. A better wording would be:

 

 

Once per turn, during your draw phase: You can add 1 Spell Card from your hand instead of conducting your normal Draw.

 

 

Adding 1 any Spell Card is still too damn powerful though. 

 

EDIT: It said from Grave OR Deck? ..... I won't even comment on that.
