Ren✧
Kind of a surprise to me that Konami hadn't released a 'Heart of the Cards' card when Yu-Jo Friendship came out...but whatever... When this card is activated declare 1 card name. If you draw a card during Draw Phase, while this card is on the field, with the same name as the declared card; Draw an additional card and increase your Life Points by 1000. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect; Add 1 card from your Deck to your hand with the declared name. You can only control 1 face-up "Heart of the Cards." --- I am sure this can probably be worded better...

Darkneptune
I believe in the Heart of the Cards. No, seriously it happened to me! I was low on life points, even though my field was pretty decent, if i didnt summon my ace monster quickly i would take serious damage next turn. My ace, Rainbow Dragon, was in my hand, but i only had 6 crystals out. i counted them in my mind: sapphire, emerald, ruby, amethyst, amber, cobalt. i needed topaz tiger to finish the count. then, it was my turn. Draw... Topaz Tiger! but anyway, back to the card. Very awesome! First, the name is over the top awesome, great with the games theme. The image is perfect! Did you draw that yourself? now the effect. Great job, it seriously describes what the cards name is telling you. It would work exceptionally well in decks that use multiple copies of the same monster, for example the T.G. deck comes to mind, and the Nordics, since many strategies ive seen use 3 copies of most of the monsters. Also, the HERO deck can use this targeting Ploymerization, and junk decks targeting Junk or Quickdraw synchron. its secondary effect is simply amazing! if you dont get the draw your looking for by destiny, youll get it thanks to your opponent anyways. very cool. just a thing, i think you should change the OCG a little. like when it says that if you draw the card you declared, i think it shouold say "draw another/an additional/ one more card" or something like that. Also, after the cards effect is used and you draw your extra card and gain 1000 LP, does it remain on the field permanently or does it go away? because if it stays it could serve an even greater purpose, like maybe, Hamon, or Dragon Queen or anything similar. overall, amazing job, loved it. 10/

It is quite the amazing experience, lol. It stays on the field until destroyed, so yes it could become a Hamon or Dragon Queen target. No I didn't draw it myself, I can only dream of being that good. But it does personify the meaning of the card in all entirety.
