Synchronized
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or banished zone) by banishing 1 Beast-Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard. Once, while you control this face-up card: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; that target's ATK becomes 0 until the End Phase.
Those of you who follow OCG/TCG know this is inspired by the Synchro Monster Sirius the Blue Dog Star or whatever it's updated name is; I saw the picture and figured that's what it looked like the most. Anyway, the effect is somewhat generic, but it does have its uses and interacts well with copies of itself, too. I don't think it's broken or anything like that, but hey, maybe I'm wrong. Let me know what you guys think.
newhat
This has a loop. If you have a Cannon Soldier out, 1 Sirius in your hand, and 1 Sirius in the Graveyard, you can banish Sirius A from your Graveyard to Special Summon Sirius B, sacrifice it for Cannon Soldier, banish Sirius B from your Graveyard to revive Sirius A, sacrifice it, and so forth, for infinite damage. Being able to revive itself from the Banished Zone is borked. If it were just from the hand, the dap effect would make this card usable.

I'm just gonna fix it then so you can only use the effect once per turn. I wasn't entirely sure what loops there would be.
Kale
The loop was pointed out. My question is, with this wording can you use the ATK reduction effect during your opponent's turn? That would be fun. I like the idea, though. DD Beast-Warriors are just a fun concept to begin with. =] -Kale.

Along with all other burn-centric cards. Goes well with Blue Dog Star's effect, albeit more on the offensive side rather than just waiting for it to be destroyed, stalling for turns on end. I feel as though it could be a once per turn effect, and not just a once per duel effect, and still get away with it not being completely OP. It can also easily make Rank 6s. But no, you can't; I didn't want to do that because otherwise you could use it during the Damage Step and that's too much in my opinion. To be fair, Cannon Soldier should never have been made. It's not once per turn or once per duel, it's just once while face-up, similar to Wind-Ups.
