There's no reason for the once per turn to be there, as the card leaves the field, making it reset it's OPT. Anyways, I find it a pretty easy 3 Tokens. Not only that but, they don't even have a Tribute or Synchro Clause on them, at least not a semi-rescricted one. This makes them extreamly useful, and since you can always just Tribute one of them to get this card back, you can produce many Tokens (though, I doubt this is actually your intend, as you probably wanted the OPT to be a "Can only be used...").

Looks like a way to drop an easy (read 'cheap') synchro on the field. Instant level 5 monster group, and a Genex Ally Birdman makes this a Black Rose Dragon party. Unless I've completely mis-read it...

 

This card on it's own can't make Synchro, bro. And Genex Ally Birdman turns it into either a level 8 or a level 7.

Three tokens = Level 3. - one = Level 2. + one Conductor = Level 5. + one Birdman = Level 8. Two cards that can be played in one turn for a level 8 synchro? Sounds a bit overpowered to me. This card just seems to be general synchro fodder. The ability for a level 5 monster pool in a turn, coupled with the easy summoning of a tuner (Genex birdman being the example I used), just seems unneeded. It isn't a bad card, but I think it offers too much at once. Three tokens and the ability to bring itself back is a +2 with no loss on your part.

Using Genex plus this card will only make you able to get a Level 5 Synchro. You see you can't return Tokens to the hand, so you need to return Conductor, meaning you will have to Tribute a Token, then return it, then you get a Level 3 Tuner on the field, and then you have 2 Level 1 Tokens, which makes it a Level 5 Synchro. Making Level 8 Synchros is not that hard anyways, this is pretty well balanced as it is now.

I know you can't return tokens, but I thought that if you targeted a token, it would simply destroy the token but the effect would still be valid. In that case, it think it's fine as is. I know that It isn't difficult to get a level 8 synchro out, but that's sorta the point, their are enough ways out there already. Now I know that, it's effect can be used more selectively, and hopefully, more interestingly too. My bad.

No, you can't return or send Tokens anywhere for a cost. So that also means you can't return them.

This card has enough problems with broken-ness now. Right now, you would require a bit of strategizing to use, instead of just simply "SS 3 TOKENS LOLOL".

So you want how it should have been fixed? If so, then i say add some challenge to the card as in "increase it's level, or make a limitation within your card.
