Ren✧
So yeah, anti-xyz... [spoiler=By the divine light of a fallen star, I call forth the power from Heaven!] Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. This card cannot be used as an Xyz Material Monster. When an Xyz Monster detaches 1 or more Xyz Material Monsters to activate an effect that would destroy a card on your side of the field; Negate the effect and destroy the monster, Special Summon this card from your hand. This card is unaffected by the effects of Xyz Monsters. If this card destroys an Xyz Monster by battle; Draw 1 card. If an Xyz Monster is Summoned to your side of the field; Destroy this card. Bickerbad
In my opinion it is VERY anti-xyz, and you can take your opponent by surprise and finish his xyz strategy quickly without no enjoyment of circumstances. I would add something like: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. If an Xyz Monster is summoned on the field, destroy this card. ...[and/or]... You can remove this card from the field to negate the Summon of an Xyz Monster on your opponent's side of the field.

L0SS
I understand that anti-Xyz stuff should probably be revered in the current meta, but this may go too far the other way to be balanced. I do like the summoning mechanic though, and I may have to think it over before I say that it is OP'd. As a concept, top marks. The execution may need a little work, however. It would certainly be debilitating in play far a large portion of decks, one way or another.

If negating the summon of an Xyz Monster by banishing is what you are questioning, I was thinking getting rid of that. So...
L0SS
If negating the summon of an Xyz Monster by banishing is what you are questioning, I was thinking getting rid of that. So... That was it, yeah. Think it's a bit much, what with the effect negation and all. Maybe you could work an effect that detaches a material from the summoned monster without activating it's effect. Just throwing ideas out there.

I get rid of that banishment and I think I am going to refrain from adding any more effects. I don't want too much going on in one card.
