(sorry about the really small print i couldn't enlarge it) effect: This card cannot be special summoned. This cards effects cannot be negated. When your opponent special summons 5 or more monsters in 1 turn (including equipping monsters from off the field) ,pay half of your life points, and banish this card from your extra deck, Banish all the cards your opponent controls and in their graveyard, negate all effects that activate upon being banished or leaving the field, and End your opponents turn. Each player can only use the effect of divine master Punisher once per duel. what do you think. the whole purpose is to stop field swarming on the first turn. meaning all loops are useless. it is here to slow down the game and give the other player a chance to duel. i feel it will make people more cautious of their swarming....also it hit in-grave/hand equipping. its in the extra deck to always have it in case you cannot draw into that effect veiler. while i do find most hand traps evil i find this is a unnecessary evil. However, this section is for realistic cards.The thing is, your card isn't. I'm not sure if you've created a Type or whatever, but this card wouldn't see the light of day, because it is too overpowered.Sadly, there's not much constructive criticism one can give. I don't thin you can really repair this.I'd recommend playing the game some more to know how the cards work. It'll give you better understanding in order to allow you to create Realistic Cards.
