Blake Posted February 28, 2013 Report Share Posted February 28, 2013 WATER Lv. 1 Fish/Effect You can target 1 Level 5 or Higher monster you control and reduce that monster's level by 1; Special Summon this card (from your hand), and if you do, this card's level becomes equal to the level of the targeted monster and the targeted monster cannot be used as an Xyz Material Monster, except for the Summon a WATER Xyz Monster. While this card is face-up on the field: All monsters you control are treated as WATER Monsters.
