Thousand Knives is rarely ever used and in the extremely rare chance that it is, why would I want to set it. I will tell you that the picture fits, but otherwise this card would never see any use... If you want to keep with the theme you have set I would have done it like this. You can Special Summon this card(from Hand) by banishing 1 "Thousand Knives" Spell Card and 1 Dragon-type monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn: You can permanently decrease this card's ATK by 300; destroy 1 monster on the field. This card cannot declare an attack this turn. But even like this, it still wouldn't get much, if any, use at all. It is a nice idea, and might be cool in a casual Dark Magician deck, but otherwise has no place in the metagame.
