Kingdom Xathers
Spellcaster When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a monster whose original Type is Spellcaster: You can target any number of your banished "Spellbook" Spell Cards; shuffle those cards into the Deck, and return any remaining "Spellbook" Spell Cards to the Graveyard. You can only use the effect of "Wheel of Prophecy" once per turn. inb4WhyisitsTypeSpellcasterandnotBeast-Warrior: The figure holding the Whell/"shield" is meant to represent the sphinx-like humanoid figure sometimes seen in the original Tarot's artwork, which oversees the Wheel of Fortune. Anyways, discuss....
Dementuo
~JUNON WIN~ OT: It's just so bad... It's effect is useless as sh*t and you'll never pull it off, or you'll never want to drop it.
Judαs
It's not bad, just that it's hard to find space for it. It totally restocks your deck, which might be necessary if you aren't already winning by the 4th turn.
Sora1499
Destroyer is an infinitely better reaper target. That's the only spell book build I play.

TheKaitoKid
I didn't know the turn count could get that high this format. It shouldn't unless both players are extremely good or extremely bad.
werewolfjedi
I didn't know the turn count could get that high this format. sometimes shit happens. I like this card, its just a little unwieldy. I run temperanceat more than one just to give me the ability to call it if I need to. good for the sideboard against unusual deck types that try to stall for a few turns with *I'm untouchable* effects for a few turns to build their plan. you know. someone on DN using really old meta.
