The thing about Ritual monsters are that they are so outdated that there's support for it. You need so many monsters for this to work, and I mean it has an extreamly high ATK, and while you kept it limited like other high ATK Rituals by having it be limited to use that spell, I still find it powerful with 4000 ATK, but that's just me. It's destroy banish LIGHT monsters is not very useful as it's pretty situational, but it does keep Chaos targets out, so that's something. But I would never run this, unless it was for a decicated archetype such as Gishki. This card does however make me want to try it out in some Decks if I could ever pull something like this off.

I think the fact this is a Ritual monster alone balances out its Atk, but I think it'd be a little more balanced if its Atk and Def were switched; I mean, this would be on par with the Blue Eyes and Black Luster Soldier, but this card could destroy them both. Either decrease its Atk or switch its Def to 3000 alone, but 2800 or less Atk.

About the wording; I am not an OCG expert, but I think your text should say something like "When this card is Ritual Summoned: Banish all face-up and in the graveyard LIGHT monsters."

Pleae understand we're not trying to make you feel bad; Its just fun to me to listen to people share their opinions, and give me something to work on. I love working on things, and I hope you won't stop at this card. Good job overall!

Being Level 10, this guy is awkward to Summon without Ritual Raven. We do have a few random 4k beaters running about, so I feel a bit more comfortable about it being so strong than I would have if it were several years ago. The LIGHT-haet effect is, as said already, useful to reset your opponent's progress of getting LIGHT monsters in the Grave, either for Chaos, JD, or even stopping your opponent from Reborning a Hyperion. You could even pull this off against a LIGHT-heavy Deck and have a potential Raigeki on your hands, but this isn't always the case.

While the whole "4k+LIGHT haet" thing may look broken to some people, you would usually have to lose three monsters to bring it out, which personally justifies the mega ATK score this guy has. ARA is an option, but it would require you to run Normal Monsters just for this card (Running 3 different kinds of Normal Monsters in Decks for Rescue Rabbit is a bad idea since it takes away from the consistency, and the same would apply almost identically here). Overall, this card does look like you were really just posting "a really scurreh monster!!!1!" like many new members tend to do as their first card, but this one is much more ok than those other ones.

It's a shame the Ritual Spell Card is as bland as they come, although most of them are. At least the "10 or more" thing lets you Ritual Summon this if your monsters just so happen to not add up to 10 in their Levels.
