Resident Fascist
Galaxy-Draining Reverse Time Dragon EWSN - EN002 9/Synchro/2750/2050/Dragon/Effect/DARK 1 Tuner + 2 Or More Non-Tuner Monsters Neither Player can Xyz Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can detach any number of Xyz Material attached to Xyz Monsters on the Field, and if you do, this card gains 100 ATK for each. When this card is destroyed, banish it instead.
evilfusion
Was totally not drawn here by an obvious Galaxy-Eyes reference. You forgot to mention the Synchro Materials in the lore. I assume it's generic 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner, but it still needs to be mentioned. You fixed it. Stats are nothing to write home about, I guess, although using 50 instead of a round number is either interesting or pointless. Why is the DEF a weird number like 2050 instead of 2000 or 2100? The 50 matters, but it just looks weird. 2750 ATK is fine. As for the effect, locking down Xyz Summons for both players is...acceptable, I suppose. I'm always a bit hesitant regarding cards that lock down an entire game mechanic like Special Summoning, and since Xyz Summoning is a huge play mechanic these days, it reminds me of Royal Oppression in that the advantage is probably going to be one-sided, since a player running this is probably using Synchros or Fusions rather than Xyz. Banishing Xyz Materials and gaining 100 for each is reminiscient of Galaxy-Eyes, but both stronger and weaker. It doesn't gain much ATK, but the ATK boost is permanent, and the Materials got banished instead. You wrote the lore incorrectly for that effect, though. Xyz Material cannot be targeted at all. And you wouldn't use another colon when you write "and if you do", since that implies a single effect starts a chain twice. Similar, the last effect doesn't need to start a chain. Just imagine Kaito gets lost somewhere along the line and comes back with a Synchro deck and this, or something. Maybe locking all Xyzing is sorta borken, but really, I sorta feel it's the deck's fault if it can't do anything but mindless Xyz, and Macro completely shuts down decks alone too, not that I'm saying this card is the epitome of balance, I'm aware of how Xyz centric the modern decks are, and that makes this a little strong against those decks, but I just thought it'd be nice to have an anti-xyz synchro, just as a counterpart to Ophion. I know Ophion locks any 5 or highers but still. Also the reason for the attack and def being all odd is just for flavor of the aspect that it drains galaxies and reverses time.
