Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having 10 or more monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or higher Fairy-Type monster from your hand or Graveyard, but its effects are negated and its ATK becomes 4000.

Obligatory topic, because it is one of the easiest monsters with 4000 ATK to Summon.

Gallis can actually be much more then just an OTK, you know...
The concept of having no Spell/Traps for a deck, while itself is a double-edged sword, opens itself up to more possibilities and gives you a strategic understanding of specific plays.
Since in that sort of deck, while you have an abundance of Special Summon-effects, Normal Summons became quite vital to the deck and gives you a better understanding.
...
Basically its a walking Johnny Deck, as you have to see the potential in seemingly useless effects(Witch of the Black rose, for example), which, in its own environment become extremely useful.

Ah yes, my old LS-TMG Deck...hilariously fun, using LS to mill tons of monsters, then dropping JD and/or this and winning.

 

Or JD, nuke field, SS two of these, revives 4000 ATK Metaion. 19,000 ATK total.
