Northern Sage
When a monster is banished by the effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon": You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; inflict 3000 damage to your opponent. You can only use the effect of "Dimension Wanderer" once per turn. In the Collection tin. Discuss.
evilfusion
It looks good on paper, but it's too conditional to use. It's a -1, and while 3000 is definitely worth the investment, it's pretty much worthless in every other situation. It's not a Photon or a Galaxy, so it doesn't have any of the support of those archetypes. Sangan being banned now means it lacks a real searcher, and Honest does almost the same thing, but has more flexibility. Galaxy-Eyes doesn't use its effect that often unless it's facing something stronger, is dodging a Trap card like Mirror Force or D-Prison, or has to remove Xyz Materials because the Xyz is too powerful or untouchable otherwise (Zenmaines). So to make use of Wanderer, you either need it in hand already, or you go out of your way to use the effect of Galaxy-Eyes, which is more dangerous. What makes Galaxy-Eyes worthy of being a Deck's ace is that it HAS the effect, not that it's required to use it to accomplish anything. Dimension Wanderer tries to make it required. So interesting card, but Galaxy-Eyes doesn't need the help in this fashion.
newhat
If you use the effect of GEPD, it's because you can't just run the monster over and cost your opponent card presence. So this is not going to be a bomb most of the time, and it's not really searchable. Against Photons I'd rather have Leeching the Light so I can kill Thrasher. evilfusion
Huh, I never considered using it AGAINST Galaxy-Eyes. Why is that...oh right, because GEPD is not meta-worthy. (*sniff*). And yeah, much better side options.
Dementuo
I remember making Wanderer.dek where the wincon was basically this x3 + Galaxy-Eyes beatdown

Dementuo
Did it work at all? Surprisingly enough, it actually did... But it had a worse problem with dead-drawing than the current Galaxy/Photon deck does.

I thought so. That's why I've never used it. It has too much dead-draw potential due to its incredibly specific timing.
werewolfjedi
I'd laugh to see this end a game though. I"d play one casually just to fuck with people.
Aix
It's funny playing this though, the feels you get when this actually works, lol. But, yeah, it's a dead draw.
