Obviously a support for Chaos Dragons.

 

I finally mastered Judas' template and I think I got it all good for the monsters - still didn't start with the spells/traps.

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. You can Special Summon this monster, (from your hand), by shuffling 1 "Lightpulsar Dragon" and 1 "Darkflare Dragon" from your Banished Pile, Field, or Graveyard into your deck and paying half your Life Points. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster in either player's Banished Pile (max.5000). You can only control 1 face-up "Dragonic Pveruler of Chaos." If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can banish it to shuffle all other banished monsters into your deck.
