Saw the picture.... Knew I had to make a card outta' it.

 

Poseidon is the Greek god of seas, which most of you probably know. (For more on Poseidon: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poseidon)

You can only Normal Summon this card by tributing 3 face-up WATER monsters you control. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by its own effect. You can Special Summon this card, (from your hand), by paying half your Life Points and Banishing exactly 5 WATER monster from your Graveyard. If this card was Normal Summoned, once per turn, you can Banish 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard, once per turn, target 1 card on the field; Negate its effect, then destroy it. This card cannot attack the turn you used this effect. If this card was Special Summoned, in you control atleast 1 face-up WATER monster, (besides this card), it cannot attack. You can only control 1 face-up "Poseidon, Ruler of Seas."

Is this an Ignition or Trigger effect?

 

Ignition should look more like this:

"Once per turn, target 1 card on the field; Negate its effect, then destroy it."

 

Trigger should look more like this:

 

"Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can negate the activation of a card effect and destroy it"
