UrbanStruggle
[Spoiler=oo] Since Sangan is banned and will not be comming back I figure I should have some fun at other's suspense! Keeper of the Sik Aarbourne Sythe WIND Tuner effect monster level 3 Fiend 1000/1900 You can Special Summon this card (from you hand) by banishing 1 "Keeper of the Sik Aarbourne Sythe" from your Deck. While this card is face-up on the field or in your Graveyard, you can not Special Summon any banished "Keeper of the Sik Aarbourne Sythe". Once per turn during your Main Phase while this card is banished you can send 1 card in your hand (except for "Keeper of the Sik Aarbourne Sythe") to the Graveyard to shuffle 1 "Keeper of the Sik Aarbourne Sythe" in your Graveyard into your Deck. During the turn that this card was sent to the Graveyard after An Xyz Monster was Summoned using this card as Xyz Material target 1 face-up monster you control; It gains 500 ATK and DEF. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Being a free generic SS that gives you slight Deck thinning is broken on its own and would insanely power a plethora of Decks that don't need said power-ups, notably, Dark Worlds, of which have a nice draw engine if I'm not mistaken that could eventually get this free SS twice in a duel (not essentially at the same time). The out-of-the-Grave effect is, for the most part, too costly to want to use until you just-so-happen to have gotten one of these in your Banish Zone, another in the Graveyard, and the third in your hand. However, I still dislike the idea that you designed this to hope to be pulled off more than once. And then we have your ATK-gain effect, which is also not that very well-designed. This allows you to go "Tourguide into an Acid Golem (#17 actually) with no drawbacks in a simple Normal Summon, and Tour Guide is just the most infamous of the cards that this can combo with. While it is seemingly harmless, you did kick Acid Golem out of any Deck that doesn't use him for locking down your opponent. The entire thing was designed to be "that Sangan replacement" and had caution thrown to the wind. Sangan has been on the Limit list for years, so replacing him with something "equally good" is not a good idea in the slightest. The best Tour Guide targets are among Night Assailant, Dark Mimic LV3 and Acid Cloud now, so if you want to give her another bus-rider, give her something that works nicely if you draw it, but is still, what's the word, balanced. Something not too much better than Night Assailant or Dark Mimic. I had completely forgotten about it being a Tuner. The best Tuners in the game right now are among Plaguespreader Zombie, who SSes himself by making you lose a card in your hand, has an entire Type to back him up, and is STILL on the banlist. There is also Genex Ally Birdman, who SSes himself from the hand like your monster, only he requires a monster to return to the hand in order to do so. There's also Quickdraw Synchron, who I only mention just because he had his amazing glory days, and he's still decent compared to many of the other Tuners. He SSes himself from the hand with a simple discarded Monster Card, and even then, can only be used for certain Synchros. This says "screw that" to all of them and lets you have a free Tuner for, well, free. It doesn't matter that Xyzs are more commonplace than Synchros, the "white cards" are still decent and this does all sorts of hell. If you are reading this with your feelings scabbed, displeased at yourself for this and at me for not giving you a way to fix this, then I'll address that now. This card is nigh-impossible to fix, if not completely impossible. It would be a much better idea to start over from scratch than to try and fix this. It is more broken than Sangan.
