Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction

Recommended Posts

If I need space, this is one of the things I like to cut.

Yeah the extra ATK can steal some games or get over big monsters, but the utility of the Extra Deck is mainly used to win in a majority of situations.

The windows for this card to shine are growing thinner with every Xyz monsters' release. (as far as an Extra Deck toolbox card goes).

Otherwise, it still has merit in Rank 3 based decks and is fun for Creature Swap, Skill Drain, and all the other things that we don't need to point out.

Agreed, but at the same time it's the only method RK3's really have right now to combat the bigger stuff.  If the Deck is focused around that, meaning it can pump out RK3 plays better than other stuff, it's worth running just in case.  I very rarely go into it but most of the time when I do (I play Zektors), it's enough damage to push for game.

it is really much less useful than people think and i really dont understand why its run outside of dedicated decks.

This is really how I feel about it. I mean, it's not a horrible card, but... It puts you on a timer for sure, and that's never good, even in this day and age.
