When this card is Summoned you can return up to 2 cards on the field to the Deck. Once per turn target 1 face-up monster you control; return that target to your hand. Once per turn when a "Madolche" monster is returned to the Deck: Draw 1 card.

Nonononononono, you can't do that! You can't combine "Toot" with "tart" or "tarte"! Toot is not another word for King/Monarch/Sovereign or whatever! Also, all Madolche royalty are Fairy-Type.

 

It's a pretty powerful card, I must say, and I don't see too much wrong with it except for ^^above^^ and you've balanced its extreme beatstickness to a certain extent by making it return a monster you control each turn, so you would have to make another monster survive beside this card for this card to stay.

 

OCG Fix: Must first be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by shuffling the above Fusion Material Monsters you control into the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization") When this card is Summoned: You can return up to 2 cards on the field to the Deck.
