VictorSempra
So, with wolves being my favorite animal and all, I wanted to find a cool way to turn them into a somewhat-unique set. I found these pictures on Deviantart, and inspiration hit me like a truck. Let me know what you think!
Cannot be Set. When this card is Special Summoned; destroy it. When this card is destroyed: inflict damage equal to the number of cards your opponent controls x 300, then send one "Canis" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

Cannot be Set. When this card is Special Summoned: destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, add 1 "Canis" monster from your Deck to your Hand.

Cannot be Set. When this card is Special Summoned: destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, you can destroy one card on the field, then shuffle one "Canis" monster from your Graveyard into your Deck.

Cannot be Set. When this card is Special Summoned: destroy this card. When this card is destroyed, you can Normal Summon 1 "Canis" monster without Tributing this turn.

When this card is destroyed: Special Summon 1 "Canis" monster from your hand, except "Canis Nimbus".

When this card is destroyed: add 1 "Canis" Spell or Trap card from your Deck to your hand.

Shuffle 1 "Canis" monster from your Graveyard into your Deck. During the End Phase: destroy the Special Summoned monster.

When a "Canis" monster you control is destroyed, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot be destroyed by battle.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Canis" monsters While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK-Attribute. Destroy them during the End Phase.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
The entire set is missing a way to make them work. Either there's a card that completely escapes me, or does this little group have little to no way to SS itself. I know the Water gets Mother Grizzly, while the others are, I suppose, restricted to CotH and Monster Reborn? Lightning looks like you will need to make sure any way to SS your wolfies won't become "Blow up 2 cards like crazy." If you were to give better ways to SS them, he will eventually need nerfing. Lightning also looks as if he could squeeze into a Monarch Deck and make Zaborg cry. As for looking up pictures, I myself (and a ton of others) have realized that most artworks are for monsters, so good luck with Spells and Traps. If only they were more plentiful. Agreed on LIghtning, I pulled him back, just wanted to make sure he'd have some use. Yeah, Spell/Trap pictures might be a bit of a problem so I may only make a handful. Does the whole "Not really summonable" thing seem alright though? I have one posting in a second here that allows for a Normal Summon of Wolves, but I kinda wanted to focus on them never really staying on the field. Zazubat
Your OCG makes me cry, quick let me fix it for you:Cannot be Set. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy this card. When this card is destroyed: Inflict 300 damages to your opponent for each "Wolf" in your Graveyard.Cannot be Set. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy this card. When this card is destroyed: Add 1 "Wolf" monster from your Deck to your hand.Cannot be Set. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy this card. When this card is destroyed: You can destroy up to 2 cards on the field. So, as already explained in that status post, I don't think the design of having something that inflicts damage because of Graveyard fill is a good design, makes Lightsworn handy for this. If you added so it needed to be your opponent that had to do this, it would be better, cause it can't be Set. Also, make sure you don't name your archetype something that is a simply word like "wolf", then every card with "wolf" in the name is a valid card, like how Harpie's Brother is not suppose to be a Harpie because that's not how it's original name in Japanese was, every other card is a valid "Wolf" target. As ABC explained, how do you want to get these out? Without some sort of easy way to get them out, it can become hard to play these.

Thanks for the OCG fix, wasn't sure how to do it properly, will fix those. So, isntead of having a Grave-burn design on Fire, what would you recommend? I got kinda stumped on that, and when Im stumped on something I usually jsut take a generic effect from the Attribute (Fire=Burn to me). Also, there aren't too many Wolf targets ini teh game, if you're running them with these Beast types you might have a deckbuilding problem :P. And I'll definitely make some Spell/Trap support with SS/NS capabilities.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Yeah, Fire would become a problem if you were to include many more Wolfs. Speaking of which, Wolf is technically in your archetype (doesn't make it worth running unless you use it with Rabbit for silliness). But only if your Decks could consistently get like 10-so Wolves in the Graveyard in a matter of 2, 3, or maybe 4 turns. This doesn't look too likely though. You should let them be able to be Normal Summoned, since you lose a monster for a monster that practically is a moderate-ATK monster with no effects until it dies. (Misread your post and thought you were wondering if they should be allowed to be NSed.) Oh, and numbers are always in numerical form, so Lightning's "one" should be "1." Your 4th card is another Lightning. :S Anyway, since you normally may lose it during your opponent's turn, it probably won't work out so well. Just me being pedantic, but your card names could be vastly improved. "Wolf of Fire" just sounds pretty bland. Not too big of a deal, but I'm just pointing that out. I fixed the picture cause it was being stupid. And I'm basing the names off the images I used, it can always be changed later on :P Good to know about the Number thing, and I might drop the levels and stats down, depending on if I can come up with good ideas for support. Zazubat
Well, to be honest, I ain't really seeing a theme besides them having the same first condition, you just seem to throw some random effects on them, and unless you are going somewhere with these, I can't really comment much more on them. If you made them like Elemental Dragons and how they have baby versions that bring them out easily, I see this becoming an awful archetype. For your new card, it's 2 Tribute can be hard to get out, plus it's effect is not even that good compared to it's stats. And it's supposed to be SS'ed to drop out another Wolf.
VictorSempra
So, I still have Cloud and Ice for monsters, what kind of effects should they have?

VictorSempra
I have two monsters, and 3 S/Ts left for the set. Any suggestions on what they should be? Also, should I edit the ATK/DEF of the current ones at all?
Zazubat
Spatium, add "from your hand" to that card. Nimbus is nice, makes it quite more playable. I see Silva becoming pretty useful, though if it's destroyed during your opponent's turn, you miss your chance. It's balanced that way I suppose. For other Spell/Traps, maybe make some that give them a boost in ATK. Also, Xyz Monsters for Rank 5-6 could be nice as these can be pretty easy to get out, either that or make a low Level tuner, that summons when one of them is destroyed. You might want to edit your thread name, as you changed them from their original name to Canis.

Aren't points required for a title change? o.o With Fire Fist bringing back Synchros, I think a tuner would be a good idea honestly. Will add to Spatium for sure, and Im thinking maybe a Continuous Spell with an effect or two to help them out, cause it appears I made them rather defensive by accident xD. That'll leave me with one more monster to try and make, but Im honestly out of effect ideas :P

So, Im thinking for my last monster (since one will be a Tuner), something along the lines of "Once, while this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon 1 Canis monster without Tributing" to make it easier to get them on the field. No it doesn't, at least I don't think so, the only thing points are used for to my knownlage is the shop items.

VictorSempra
Unless I find a good picture to use for a Synchro/Xyz, all the cards are up :D All of tehse are done by the same artist, as a sort of fundraiser to stop wolf slaughter. GrimJr1393
I also likes wolfs which makes me enjoy these cards a lot XD... I really like the Artwork too! And is there a reason why you can't set any of them? I was just wondering... Though I could see myself using these if they were real!!

It's part of their gimmick, otherwise it might defeat the purpose of them exploding themselves. And I agree, the artwork is AMAZING, the moment I saw them it was like "BOOM inspiration". I'm hoping to get a chance to use them on DP, but I feel I need another monster.

sullyvanj93
I dont know if you edited them since the last comments, or what, but I love these cards. They seem to be able to SS themselves a fair amount. Another support card or two for negating their self-destruct effect (even temporarily like you did), and i think you have something great. And yeah, whatever deviant did that artwork is really talented
