My first letter,

Looking at the card, the very first problem is that "Mega" is not an actual Type in the game of Yu-Gi-Oh. Next, it is a Normal Monster, which leaves you with little to do with the card. In this case, there is actually only a little, and most of your combos with it involve Inferno Reckless Summon to make a Rank 9 Xyz Monster.

 

For a Level 9 monster, its ATK/DEF is terrible. I understand if you would want its ATK at 1500 or less for the support monsters with 1500 or less ATK get, but its DEF being so low for a 2-Tribute monster is pretty inexcusable.

 

EDIT: Oh, it's not a Normal Monster, it just has the Normal frame. :S

 

In this case, if you want it to be a monster with big ATK points, it needs to hit the field more easily than it already does as you have monsters like [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Goblin_King]Goblin King[/url] who is practically a Fiend-Type version of this card. You should give it other effects that would help your Deck in ways that don't involve "BIG ATTACK POINTS!!!1!!1!!" to make this even better.
