How do u see others cards?

How do u see others cards note that im a new member so i need some help

To see a card that someone else made, click on the names of topics in the Created Cards section. You can't look at someone's profile and gain access to everything he/she has made. The circled parts here are how you see the threads: http://i50.tinypic.com/2zyc5dk.png The uncircled bolded blue parts are where you see a list of threads of cards people have made.

 

Those three and the one under it (randomly didn't feel like putting Kingdom Neos in mah pretty picture) are where you find cards others have made.
