Cannot be Normal Summon/Set. Must first be Special Summoned(from your Hand) by Banishing 5 Machine-Type Normal monsters in your Graveyard while you control no monsters, and cannot be Summoned in other ways. Once per turn you can Target 1 card on the field: Banish it. If this card is Targeted by a card effect, you can Send 1 Machine-Type Normal monster from your Deck to the Graveyard: Negate that effect. If this card is removed from the field by your Opponent's card(either by battle or card effect): Send to your Graveyard 1 Machine-Type Normal monster from your Deck. Then, add to your Hand 1 "Cyber Legend" monster from your Deck.

Activate during your Main Phase 1 by Paying 1000 Life Points if you control a Level 5 or higher Machine-Type Normal monster. Send all cards in your Hand and side of the field to the Graveyard: Draw cards until your Hand has the same number of cards your Opponent has. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect, and you cannot Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except Level 3 or lower Machine-Type Normal monsters.

Once per turn, you can Target 1 Level 3 or lower Machine-Type Normal monster you control: Target gains 1000 ATK until the End Phase. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if a Level 3 or lower Machine-Type Normal monster you control is destroyed as a result of battle: Draw 2 cards. If this card is destroyed, Take 1000 damage. You can only control 1 "Prototype Facility".
