Call me bad if you will, but I run him in judgment derp day because he's a recurring +2 with spellbook of life that searches a 25 floater beatstick. He actually works really well and summoning him is never a problem.

werewolfjedi
I actually really like reaper, it's definitely a powerhouse, it just is more about buffing you up, than destroying your opponent's cards, which is fine for the deck it works in. he's more of a counter play build, and greabbing wheel or destoryer with him is fun, I myself run hermit as well, as playing the large number of books makes the small guy powerful, and I can go with just one book, or strength, and make empress with an easily summoned destroyer, which is fairly powerful, considering it reorders the top 5 and destroys several monsters most of the time, plus sets up for another destroyer summon, which means over 4k damage

I've tribute summoned him multiple times whilst playing the deck and it came out to my advantage.
