Another Ancient Gear Support - - - - Ancient Gear Destroyer {Prime-Ace John}

So I made 2 versions of the same card, because I don't know which would be better.

 

The Xyz version is more of a generic for machines in general but more of a support for Ancient Gears.

 

The Synchro version is a card viable for Anicent Gears and Gadgets and pulls a great combo with this card: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/299048-when-was-the-last-time-ancient-gears-gotta-boost-ancient-gear-pawn-prime-ace-john/

3 level 5 Machine-Type monsters

You can also Xyz Summon this card by using any 3 "Ancient Gear" monsters with the same level. This card gains 500 ATK for each Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard (max. 3000). Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Negate and destroy 1 Spell or Trap your opponent controls. If this card attacks the turn it uses its effect; it's ATK is halved. During the turn this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can banish 3 "Ancient Gear" monsters from your hand and target 1 card your opponent controls: Destroy that target.

1 Machine-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, you can banish 1 "Ancient Gear" or "Gadget" monster in your Graveyard: Negate and destroy 1 Spell or Trap your opponent controls. This card cannot attack the turn you use this effect. If this card attacks the turn it uses its effect; it's ATK is halved. During the turn this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can banish 3 "Ancient Gear" monsters from your hand and target 1 card your opponent controls: Destroy that target.

I personally think that the costs are too high. Ancient Gears rely on Normal and Tribute Summons, so the severe difficulty in getting out 3 same-level Gears wouldn't be worth it. Better to just get out Ultimate Ancient Gear Golem

I Would like to first mention that if the Synchro version uses its effect it both Can't attack and halves it's own attack if it does (Somehow) Next i think that the correct wording on the XYZ versions attack would be Something like "this cards Original attack is Equal to 500 time the number of machine type monsters in the Graveyard (Max. 3000)" or make it attack 0 instead of ?. The stats seem alright for the monster(s) level/rank and requirements; but the Synchro, as is, is a little underwhelming and the XYZ seems obscenely hard to get out, maybe lower the rank a little (to 4) or make it so it can be any three ancient gears and remove the same level restriction
