Answer: 1, apparently. My brain is feeling less creative today.  I do have a feeling it's rather OP, but the fact that it's level 11 makes it balanced at least in my twisted mind.

Can only be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can banish 1 card from your opponent's Hand or Field. When this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict damage 2000 damage to your opponent's life points. During the End Phase on which this card is Synchro Summoned: return this card to it's owner's Extra Deck. When this effect resolves: Special Summon 1 "Ifrit Token" (FIRE/Winged-beast/Level 4/0 ATK/2000 DEF).

I'd like to add that I didn't feel particularly comfortable with this card, namely because Synchros are new territory for me and I'm used to make low-level generics as opposed to high-end game enders.
