evilfusion Posted March 25, 2013 Report Share Posted March 25, 2013 It has the potential to slow Decks down, but it also affects you, and unless you're running a slow-paced control Deck, your Deck probably also wants to Summon more than twice a turn. The card is also too vulnerable, and there really are much better options to control spam. Even that new Field that ends a player's turn when they Summon a third monster during Main Phase 1 seems better, if only because it's searchable with Terraforming.
